This seems to be the theme here for recipes lately....pretty yummy....and not so good for you....SORRY! But I am so not kidding you, these are amazing! EBELSKIVERS......or lovingly called "EVIL-SKINNERS" by my beloved Farmer. (my maiden name is Skinner by the way.) Whatever the name, they are great. Stay tuned...I will post the recipe tomorrow...I am traveling at the moment and don't have it with me, but trust me...

I grew up on those. There is the cutest little Scandanavian town in Northern California called Solvange. When I was younger we traveled there and they had Aebleskivers there. My mom bought the cast iron pan to cook them in and we would eat them with a fruit syrup. So,so yummy! A few years ago my mom and dad visited Solvange again and for Christmas surprised all of us with our own cast iron Aebleskiver pan. I am sad to say that I have never used it BUT, you have motivated me and I think I will try them Saturday. Jen
