I grew up on those. There is the cutest little Scandanavian town in Northern California called Solvange. When I was younger we traveled there and they had Aebleskivers there. My mom bought the cast iron pan to cook them in and we would eat them with a fruit syrup. So,so yummy! A few years ago my mom and dad visited Solvange again and for Christmas surprised all of us with our own cast iron Aebleskiver pan. I am sad to say that I have never used it BUT, you have motivated me and I think I will try them Saturday. Jen
